Olly and Rebecca have been welcoming guests to Langford Fivehead since 2013

the experience

Langford Fivehead is an extension of Olly and Rebecca's personalities. Olly's food is cooked with intuition and precision - Rebecca runs front of house, alongside restaurant manager Laura,  with warmth and care

They are resolutely united in their determination to exceed expectation and to turn each new visitor into a regular guest, whether simply dining or staying overnight.

Olly uses classic French techniques in his cooking alongside modern technology to create refined but wholesome food. 

The menu is set monthly but evolves during that time depending on suppliers and what the garden yieldsAll dishes and accompaniments are cooked from scratch.

Our ever expanding garden team are as deeply enthusiastic about what we grow as Olly is about using it.

Thrillingly from May to September about 90% of our fruit and vegetables come from our very own, raised beds, potato patch, poly-tunnel, fruit cage and orchards.

our suppliers

We use the superb Bonner's of Ilminster, for our meat, much of which is reared by his staff and that which is not is from surrounding farms. Kingfisher in Devon supply us with locally-landed fish, shellfish and hand-dived scallops

For seasonal specialties like asparagus, cherries and gooseberries we use New Cross fruit farm.
